By FunctionOverForm from Washington, DC on 11/01/2009 Best Uses: Daily Use, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Love the jacket but will have to return it due to the giant neck. At 5'10" with a 15 1/2 in neck I find this neck huge. I wish I could keep it.

Another great fossil lizard product By Mtn Bob from SoCal on 08/25/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Good Cut, Well-crafted Best Uses: Daily Use, Mixed weather Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Excellent execution of detail, as usual with A'TX. This jacket will be versatile for several applications, with its wind- and water- resistance.
Looking forward to using it skiing with just a light wt. 1/4 zip turtleneck; it will be warm on cold windy lifts, interspersed with unzipped as needed with runs. Probably too warm for me for non-stop winter activity, but that's not what it will be used for.
I have worn it casually around town with 50 degree evenings, and it is fine for that as well.
This has the usual A'TX fit of trim but not too snug. The cut and tailoring at shoulders, chest and arms allow good articulation and range of motion without binding, with good length at the back when reaching overhead.
Medium fits well for me at 5'10" 165 lbs, and it is nice to have the waist fit proportionally trim as well. Roomy enough for a midweight base layer, but no bulky sweater--not needed under this anyway, it is plenty warm and wind resistant.
