They are not standard fare shorts By Boz the Kayaker from Sarasota, FL on 11/02/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality, Nice Color, Stylish, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Special Occasions Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased a pair of the same style of Gramicci shorts probably about 15 years ago at Grand Marais, MN. The fabric was a very thick cotton I think. I always loved them and wore them until they fell apart. I present product is a thinner though probably more durable fabric and, of course, longer, because of current styles. I don't like them as well, but will order a pair when my size is available in the Spring.
