A couple issues: this thing holds sweat like a sponge. I could wring out a lot of sweat after my runs. Normally, I want a top to retain some of the moisture to facilitate body temp regulation, but this is too much.
This product is probably better suited for athletic activities which do not cause you to sweat as much. I'm thinking, stuff like indoor rock climbing, walking, etc.

I wanted a sleeveless wicking material for power yoga where you sweat buckets in the 90-100degree heated room. This was too thick and held onto the sweat... not a performance wicking shirt. May be good for other things but not running or power yoga where you sweat alot..
