I buy lots of ExOfficio clothes, and their pants tend to run small for me (no waist, big butt). The waist on these XL's are humongous, plus the inseam is longer than average but perhaps consistent with "as stated" (I'm 5'8" and I would have had to hem these 2"). I had a size 20, 6' tall, friend try them on and they were even too big in the waist for her, but the length was perfect. Love the material, very sad to have to send back.
