I got a size 8, which is my size in nearly every brand, and it was painfully small in the waist. I liked the construction and the pocket on the waist flap, but order one or two sizes up for comfort.

Size 10 seemed a solid size 10 to me. Pocket in waistband is kind of weird, only good for something small and flat, like a few dollars, etc. Slits over calfs adds a sexy, feminine style.
