Great dress but revealing By Sassy from Podunk, VA on 08/02/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Flattering Best Uses: Cocktail Party, On a Date Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Trendy Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The dress is beautiful, but it's a little revealing - I'm too old for that! I bought it with the intention of wearing it to a summer wedding, but I didn't want to outshine the bride... :)
Super cute fabric and style By Mountain Mellie from Crown Point, IN on 07/07/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: Comfort-Oriented, On a Date, On The Weekend Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Eclectic, Trendy Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love this dress even though it was a bit low cut. I am adding a little extra lace in between because I don't like the feeling that I'm showing a lot of cleavage. The overall style and fabric mixture is so adorable, though, so I couldn't resist keeping the dress and making some minor adjustments!
Love this dress BUT......... By Dancing Cowgirl from Durango, CO on 06/27/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality, Versatile Best Uses: On a Date, On The Weekend Describe Yourself: Eclectic, Sexy Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love the unique & flattering design & fabrics on this dress despite some drawbacks written by others (very true). I was willing to do the extra work of some creative hand stitching: repositioning the straps in front (they cut into my armpits & created that open gap in front others mentioned) & criss-crossing them in the back and will have to sew in a lacy inset as there's still a bit too much cleavage showing but it's finally laying better on my body. Will wear it out for summer dance nights and on a cruise. It's lightweight so should move nicely for dancing (ballroom & Latin). So I would recommend it ONLY if you are willing to do the work to make it fit better.
