My daughter put them on right away, and we realized that the top velcro strap was not long enough to fasten. She does have chubby legs (don't all toddlers?), but it seems that even with nothing in the boot, the strap is barely long enough to reach the other side. I would have loved to keep them (they are REALLY cute), but alas had to return.

They are generous in width so her fat little foot fits perfectly and the velcro entry makes it easy for her to put on and take off. However, they are a bit short, so deep snow will get into top of boots. Otherwise, great product.
