Super high quality. Thick stretch cotton fabric on the outside, totally lined in heavy black satin fabric. I could have gone down a size I believe though. The upper torso, especially under the arms had to be taken up a good inch on each side. The waiste was fine. I did the alterations myself on a sewing machine, no problem. I wore the dress without the belt for a bit more casual look, but the patent belt is also very cute. The colors are very rich. The white is an ivory.
