These definitely run small and they don't stretch much, so if you order one size up, they feel great and more true to size, and will be a bit looser in the legs - which I like. I have ordered my usual size in the past, and ordering up definitely makes these more comfortable. This is the only detriment to them. Otherwise, they are wonderful and a good price!
