My size 16 shirt wore like a 17. I'm def. a 16 and sometimes a 16.5, but I looked like a clown in this pre-washed. Sleeve length (32/33) and was okay, but this is def. a "roomy" shirt. If you're trim, look elsewhere, and if you want to take a chance, order at least .5 neck size less than you think.

Compared to my other shirts, this one is bigger in shoulders and torso relative to neck size. If you're slender, it's not for you.
