I didn't find it too short -- falls to about my hipbones in front and a little longer in back. What I didn't like is that it's not comfortable -- it's like a fleece jacket with a sweater sewn onto the outside. As a result it's kind of bulky & heavy. Color was nice.

I will more than likely be returning this jacket which makes me sad. I ordered a medium and it is too short. If I raise my arms I think that half of my back would be exposed. In the chest there would be enough room to layer underneath, however, the sleeves are a little too snug to put much else on underneath.
