Hurry and get the matching pants if you can. Silver thread adds a great detail that livens up an otherwise soft unremarkable gray.But the thread is not at all prominent, no garish sparkles.I got the plain-collar version.
If you don't understand what is meant by "exaggerated cuffs" in the description, it refers to the lower 1/3 of the sleeves in which the fabric is cut on the bias This is a very subtle touch but adds so much style, and with the row of 5 sleeve buttons, it gives just a hint of an equestrian look. I wear a size 2 or 4, I have narrow shoulders and a 34" bustline.I purchased a 4 and the jacket fits nearly perfectly. Sleeves are not down to my knuckles like most jackets my size.
