I now have two. I just got the black suede, which looks just like the picture and is the correct size (XL for me). The one I got last year (light brown krek or something; doesn't seem to be available now) did run small. I think you should pay attention to the pictures for the different colors and that they're each a bit different, e.g., in terms of how rounded or squared the main part is and how high the "hat" part is, relative to the brim. The variety looks quite different from last year, possibly a mix of different year's models. But note that while there is a seam between "brim" and "hat", where it lands can be adjusted a bit. Me, I ride as close to the seam as seems to work, but I could have maybe 2" more "hat" if I wanted that.
