We sometimes get snow here in Prescott, and he walks our dogs 8 times a day! He needed extra width, and these fit the bill perfectly!

They are not marked as to any origin, and the stitching and construction is clearly imported. (i.e. tongue design). If they were really made in America, they would be proudly marked as made in America. The only reference is a mention of American components.

They stay dry and look pretty sharp. Construction is tough. I use them as a tractor trailer driver and they suit me well. I think with a heavy sock they will be suitable in the snow and cold.
