Except a bit tight in the chest - but the 10 would have been too long in the sleeves, so I'm keeping it. Have been looking a long time for a lovely, but not too formal, blouse for multi-purpose occasions with high neck and classic fancy sleeves. Finally! Oh, and the tie is optional.
