It is well made and looks very good on. The color blue is beautiful. I ordered a medium. The skirt is 100% cotton. You might want to consider sizing up if you want to throw it in the dryer.

Feels just a little to short, but doesn't really look as if it is. I think that's because of the cut of the yoke in the back, but that's what makes the skirt.
