Can't beat it for the price!! By Mom From Colorado from Castle Rock, Colorado on 03/31/2009 Cons: Strange zipper placement Best Uses: Airline travel, Day Trips, Extended Trips, Travel Describe Yourself: Advanced Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought two of these bags for my kids snowboards. You would be able to fit two boards in one bag, if you took off the bindings. There was plenty of room for a snowboard with bindings and some gear as well. My daugter, who is a much better packer than my son, even got her boots in the bag. It was good to have that extra gear in there (jackets, gloves, pants) because it offered a little extra protection. For some reason the ends of the bag are not padded like the middle of the bag. Just stuff your stuff down there, no problems. The one thing that was wierd, and inconvenient, is that there is a zipper on only one end of the bag. You need to shove your stuff into it from the top. Would have been better if the zipper went all the way around, but it only goes about 1/3 of the way...if that. We checked it through at the airport, everything arrived safe and sound. The bag appears to be sturdy and well made. Just a wierd zipper...You could pay more, LOTS more, for something similar that might be a little easier to pack, and when my kids grow up and make thier own money they are welcome to do that. For now, when I have to pay, this was a GREAT deal and served its purpose perfectly!
