they say these are sized two sizes too small. that is not correct. try about five sizes too small and you may have a chance

The linings were smallish, but fairly true to size. But when we tried putting the linings on and then putting my daughter's foot into the boot, we got nowhere. Then we tried inserting the linings into the boots first, but we still couldn't get her feet into them (we tried both sets of linings). If you order these, I would recommend getting a size larger than your child normally wears. I personally wouldn't order another child's boot that doesn't open all the way down the leg...
