The length is perfect. I can't stand shirts that barely cover the top of my pants. This top is nice and long and covers well.

It is soft and attractive, but you should know it is designed to fit like a second skin and it really does hug every inch. The material has some stretch in it, which is good because when I saw the long tube of the body I didn't think I'd be able to get it over my shoulders! But it does fit fine and the material feels good...soft and not scratchy or constricting.
