By snowshoveler from denver, co on 10/27/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've had a pair of snow boots for 10 + years, and decided it was time for a new pair. These seem comfy and warm and with the snow in the Denver area tonight, I"m sure I'll get to try them out soon.
I would buy this product again By Stephanie from Houston, TX on 10/07/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have not gotten to wear the boots yet, but I am going to Boston for Christmas and knew that I needed some warm boots for snow. Living in Houston we don't have that kind of weather here so I asked my friend in Portland and she told me that I had to get Sorel boots. I even told my sister the same thing. My mom is going to buy herself some for Christmas time as well!
A good Bugaboot replacement By sna from Homer, AK on 10/07/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Snowshoeing, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My size 10 Columbia Bugaboots finally failed on me (separating between the rubber and leather), and I wanted to replace them, but I hated the new Bugaboot style. These are a similar style with the waterproof rubber shoe, which is very useful in wet weather. The size 10 fits true, and these even seem cushier inside. Winter is not yet upon us here in Alaska, but I have high hopes for these. As I did with the Bugaboots, I plan to strap my Yak-Trax on these when it gets icy out. These are my primary shoe from Nov through Mar for everything from work to walking on the beach to snowshoeing.
