k2 Zed 3.0 - Good bike for the money By evolutionyz from Philadelphia, PA on 09/12/2007 Pros: Decent components, Disk brakes, Durable, Good Value, Rock Shox J1 Best Uses: Basic Transportation, Hard City Riding, Light XC, Smaller Dirt Jumping Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: When I got the bike and opened up the box I noticed the frame had a big scratch on it, which disappointed me. After getting it together (about 30 minutes), it needed solme small tweaking. The brakes are decent, I see myself upgrading them, but it's nice to have something decent as a platform. All of the other components are very nice. I switched to street tires, very agile and comfortable city bike. Can handle hits pretty good too. Overall I am pretty happy with it!
