We lugged that bag aboard 9 flights, trains, buses, vans, taxis, tuk-tuks, hand carts, jumbos, and long-tailed boats with minimal difficulty. It is a large bag, so we had to make sure it was on the bottom. The added straps on the back were helpful when traversing difficult terrain. It was easy to lock and the side pouches very helpful for storing dirty or wet items and items you needed to get to quickly. The durability and quality are very good and it should last quite a while.

We just packed in 10 days worth of camp gear onto an airplane and it did the job. They pack a lot in, have a few different compartments and handy rollers and concealed backpack straps - with kid and camp gear in tow, we used both. We liked the design - they lay flat (don't expect them to stand up like a suitcase roller - they don't) but we found this took up less space in the car and they were more malleable for stowing irregularly shaped things inside. I would definitely recommend them. The only downside so far is that one of the zipper toggles broke off on the first day (we now just use the alternate part of the double-zip). Otherwise, these bags (we bought two in different sizes) were perfect for us. We love them.
