I purchased it to get relief from shoulder pain as a result of toting a heavy laptop back and business materials daily. The case is super lightweight and very functional. It can hold a LOT of stuff, including my laptop, books, Franklin Covey planner, and more. The cell phone and water bottle holders are helpful, too. While it can tend to pitch forward when full, I simply lean it face-forward against a desk or wall to balance. It also has a serial number tracking system, to locate it if it's ever lost, which is good. I hadn't realized that it was made by the Swiss Army Knife folks; that explains the organizational design and quality!
I waited for a discount sale and am thrilled with the value for the very reasonable price!
