The description said it runs small so order a size larger which I didn't do, I ordered my regular size and it was TOO big, not just slightly larger but at least a size too big. It's a very nice fabric, a good weight, cut and constructed well with a nice hang and is versatile, it's nice enough to wear for an evening out.

However, the size up is too big, so I believe that the skirt does not run small. I am altering the waistline of the skirt myself rather than send it back. The skirt is versatile, soft, easy to wear. I will wear it dressed up with a pretty jacket and blouse, or more casually with a nice sweater. Good bargain!
