By wannacycleallday from New York City on 10/31/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Good Pockets and Features, Lightweight, Stylish Cons: Poor Fit, Runs small at bottom, Weak Material or Stitching Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this to wear as an outer layer in cooler weather. I tried it out once for a 20 mile ride and my complaint is the same as the first reviewer's. If you wear any kind of knapsack, the straps will rub on the breathable part of the jacket that runs down the side of your body. After one use I could see some pilling. Secondly, the fit was too tight in the hip in a medium. I actually have small hips and Medium is my size. So go figure. It is a flattering piece and stylish but the points I mentioned were a deal breaker. I'm returning it.
Great jacket for bicycling By Rainy day bicyclist from Oregon on 10/26/2009 Pros: Breathable, Good Pockets and Features, Lightweight Best Uses: Mountain Biking, Road Biking Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I really like this jacket. Keeps me nice and warm on cool days, but doesn't get "sauna-like" warm as some of my hard shells do. I bought this jacket for warmth and some water resistance for the occasional light rain shower. For heavy rain I use my rain jacket over the top.
By Cat from Atlanta on 10/25/2009 Pros: Dries Quickly, Good Pockets and Features, Good Protection from the Elements Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Tested it out today on a 50 miler in 40 degree weather. It was perfect, and even when it warmed up a little, I didn't get hot like I normally do with things that have micro fleece.
