The collar is too soft while the rest of the material is not as soft, and whole shirt is smaller than my other four Isaia dress shirts of the same size. This shirt probably was a return because the plastic collar stiffeners are missing, so are the extra two that usually come with the shirt. I still give it three stars because the meticulous Isaia workmanship is still there!
