I dislike the trend of having a lot of spandex - these jeans have only 1%. Enough to hold their shape and not shrink in the wash, but not enough to feel uncomfortable. Legs are slim w/o being tight, you can sit down without having to adjust them. A truly great fit. ANd a really great bargain yet again thanks to Sierra Trading Post!
