By Cali Beach Girl from San Diego, CA on 11/16/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Work Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was worried that the side seam pocket would look strange, but it's almost completely invisible. I was also concerned about the non-natural fabric, but I am now a BIG fan of MH's "Vespa" fabric because it feels light and cleans well. This shirt is comfy for the schizophrenic aircon in my office - I'm either sweating or freezing, and this shirt handled all of my multiple jacket on/offs throughout the day without showing any wrinkles!
Classic styling, rugged shirt By Sandy10 from Cape Cod, MA on 07/08/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking, Outdoor Activities, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have this shirt in three colors! I found the first one in a store, and have been searching the internet for more colors. I have this shirt in both long and short sleeves, in four different colors. I bought them for travel, and have found them to be some on the most useful shirts I have ever bought. They look great under a blazer, with skirts and jeans, with jewelry, with a scarf, layered over a top, and even layered together. They are great for everyday, work, on the boat, at the beach, travel, or camping.
The fit of this shirt is great for a woman with slender arms and waist and a larger bust. I am 5'8", 125#, with a 36" bust, and the 8 fits me perfectly. I usually wear a small or medium top. The fabric is a bit sheer, but the classic fit and a neutral bra make this OK. The hem is just the right length so it doesn't show under a blazer, but covers the top of my jeans. The fit and fabric are cool on a hot, humid day, and the shirt washes and dries beautifully, even in a hostel sink.
By Focusfree from PA on 01/29/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight Best Uses: Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking, Outdoor Activities, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I returned this item although I like the color, the material and the little security pocket. The shirt was too short and the sleeves were poorly cut: I couldn't move my shoulders and arms. The sleeve-hem was too tight and will fit only the skinnies of teenagers.
