not for women and running By rlm from los angeles, ca on 08/19/2008 Best Uses: Commuting, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I think this would be better suited for a man. I am a smaller woman, and it bounced around like crazy while jogging, while around my waist despite tightening the belt as much as possible. If you were a taller man, larger waist, and wore it around the hips I think it would bounce less. For women, this is only usable for walking, and maybe a 1-2hr hike. Pocket fits small phone and small keys. It's made of good, sturdy materials. Unfortunately did not work at all for me.
By Avian from Columbus,OH on 06/27/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Stable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The compact construction allows minimal body surface contact so it was cooler than my previous verticle bottle pack. I had no trouble with it at all and recommend it for this sport.
By Giselle the Beginner Runner from Brooklyn, NY on 06/19/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Refill, Good Water Flow, Large Capacity Best Uses: Extended Hikes, Running Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: All is great except that the adjustments for the waist is still too loose (I'm petite) even at it's smallest diameter. I like how it cradles all my standard water bottles too.
