I LOVED the color and fit but now it no longer looks nice enough to wear for anything in public

The fabric is very soft and the cut of the shirt is nice. There is a double layer of fabric at the front, but in the back it is a single layer and undergarments will show through. If you don't mind that, I say go for it.
