By Layla from Baton Rouge, LA on 12/01/2008 Pros: Blocks Out Light, Easy To Hang, Great Color Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Comments: Pattern is muted but lovely. Hung panels over a big, leaky window in my kitchen. Definately blocks light but not sound. I can still hear the neighbors!
Hasn't been cold yet so I can't tell how it does with temperature.
These curtain panels are great! By zhaodi from Cleveland, OH on 12/01/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Blocks Out Light, Easy To Hang, Great Color, Quality Construction Best Uses: Bedroom, Living Room Describe Yourself: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought 4 sets of multi color panels and replaced all my old bay window curtains which I did not like them at all, now they look perfect.
By frugal gal from Central WA on 11/30/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Blocks Out Light, Easy To Clean, Easy To Hang, Great Color, Quality Construction Describe Yourself: Budget Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We are on the budget plan for redecorating our 1920 home; we painted the office, and these curtains are just right for our budget. I've spent way too much time shopping for curtains, and these are a very good value for the price. The insulation is what I was looking for also, anything to help keep the cold winter air outside, where it belongs.
The only thing wrong we found was the hem stitching on one of the panels was messed-up a little, in about a 4-inch segment. However, the only ones who will be up-close-and-personal to that area are my dogs, and they don't mind a bit.
