It's perfect untucked with jeans for a "smart casual" look. The neck is a tad small, but the shirt should be worn with the collar open anyway. The material and fit make this shirt very comfortable as well.

I normally wear a size med and had to order this shirt in a large. As a result, the cuffs are too big and only have one button. Collar is spread wider than indicated in photo.

I won't say it is a flaw, but the material was more casual than I expected.
