Cal. on 01/18/2009 Cons: Poor Fit, Restrictive breathing Best Uses: Downhill, Snowmobiling Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sizing: Feels half size too big Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Cannot recommend this for any activity requiring heavy breathing: too restrictive, and doesn't really get a good seal without the user effectively pursing their lips. Essentially, it amounts to breathing thru a Brasso scouring pad. Useless for any sort of exercise, I can only surmise using it for snowmobiling or downhill skiing, where you have a motor or ski lift doing the heavy lifting for you.

Better than using a bandana, like I usually do, but not as easy to get a snug fit. Great bargain though!

Is awkward to keep on your head. Some of the wires that you are supposed to breath through sometimes poke out.
Worth the price if you need something like this.
