I was impressed with the width: the Medium platform fits my finicky usually Wide demanding feet. The comfort was immediate! I have gout & I have gout-pain triggers on each foot that will let me know right away when a shoe is just remotely narrow. I purchase 2 pairs of these leather top shoes..........using one for slippers around the house. The comfort of these slides just bumps up the quality of life many knotches above expectation!
