Warm, weather resistant cute jacket By Melissa from Baltimore, MD on 09/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Water Resistant, Wind resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The first thing I noticed about this jacket is that it was very attractive. I'm a big fan of gear that I can wear around town and not look like I'm wearing hiking gear. The Lithium color has a cool, urban look.
I wore this jacket every day on my trip to Norway in September. It blocked all of the wind, shrugged off light rain and kept me nice and warm. I wouldn't count this as a winter weight coat by any means, but it is perfect for spring and fall. It was great as a layering piece with a base layer and a rain shell over it, I was the only person on the glacier trek who was still warm and dry by the end!
