By Aussie shopper from Adelaide, Australia on 01/28/2010 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Great Fit, Lightweight Cons: Difficult On and Off Best Uses: Boating, Kayaking, Wading Describe Yourself: Beginner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: these look great and dry quickly. Haven't actually tried them for walking, but think they'd be good - especially in the heat.
Columbia Brand Water Shoe By Jan from Philly on 12/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Traction, Great Fit, Lightweight Cons: Difficult On and Off Best Uses: Boating, Casual Wear, Kayaking, Rafting, Sailing, Wading, Water Aerobics Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Although the laces are adjustable, the actual opening for the foot is on the smaller side and somewhat tight. Once on, the shoe is excellent for any water aerobic/water-walking or water activity.
great shoes but hard for me to put on By judy from richmond virginia on 09/02/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Traction, Great Fit, Lightweight Cons: Difficult On and Off Best Uses: Boating, Kayaking, Rafting, Sailing, Wading Describe Yourself: Recreational User Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The shoes tighten with an elastic cord. Some work to get the cord tight enough to do its job to keep the shoes on. But for me, the shoe didnt "open up" enough to easily get them on. I have back problems and just too hard to lean over and struggle them on, dry. Can just imagine getting them off when wet. Or worse, putting them on when wet. I returned them. My next order I will look for velcro strap closings.
