By Labs make the best children... from Oriental, NC on 07/04/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable For Pet, Easy To Clean, Long Lasting, Soft, Thick Best Uses: Indoors, Large Pets, Travel Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased the XL for our 2 y/o black lab over a year ago. It's still going strong. It's been camping in West Virginia, to the beach, and it's her own personal sofa. She loves it. Waits by the laundry room door until it's clean. Which, aside from it's durability, is my favorite feature. It's thin enough and well-constructed so that it can go in the wash. I've washed my first one almost once a week and it's still fine. Which is why, when we got a new puppy, I scoured the internet to find the same bed. The large is a little small for a full-grown lab, but it'll still work in her kennel after she outgrows it. Both dogs love their ollybeds. They look thin by human standards, but the dogs love them and I don't worry about letting them on their beds when they're dirty, b/c they wash right up. Don't stress about the cream color - my puppy has already ralphed on her bed and it came right out.

By adamsmob from MA on 06/12/2009 Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these beds to add padding and comfort to my dogs' crates. Given this use, the color was not all that important to me, so the fuschia~pink/brown color combo did not bother me. The dogs seem happy!
