Great sticks for the money! By Hiker Man from Niceville, FL on 07/23/2008 Pros: Easy to adjust, Good grips, Lightweight, Strong Cons: Locking Mechanism Failed Best Uses: Backpacking, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these sticks for Appalachian Trail hike. Never had a problem with them. Did use them on NH mountain hiking trip and lower locks failed on both. Sierra Trading Post replaced them without a problem and new sticks work great. For the money you can't go wrong.
