Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a cute shirt for fall, the off-white color and neutral tone design makes it go with lots of different pants. I am a size 4-6, and was surprised to find that this shirt in size small has a neck that is too tight on me and and sleeves that are too short. I would only recommend it to petite friends.
