The sleeves are always a little longer to demonstrate physicality in movement whether it be of a normal useage or athletic one, although the cut through the chest and waist might require a size up if one is to use the garment for purely physical reasons.

I'm 5'6", 140lbs, and my size small fits everywhere except the bottom seam. It's just a touch tight across the chest, but if I had another 1/2" to an 1" around the bottom, that would probably make it fit just right. Other than that, I like it quite a bit. The material is like a lightweight, stretchy denim. Comfortable, nice enough for a casual office, but keeps the chill off.
