Surprise! No Italian Math required for these Incotex: the quoted waist size is an accurate US measurement. However, they are very long-waisted and as my tailor warns, only full suits are worth the price for crotch surgery. Combined with the pleated front, these are roomy for people who wear their pants at the waist, but not me.
