Add some repellent to neck, face, and hands, and you're covered. Wish it was a bit more light-weight, it's light, but not like the similar Ex-Officio Air Strip, and the Light Palm color is a little bright for wildlife viewing. Even seemed to repel biting flies at Plum Island NWR, although it was a bit hot (temps in mid-90s, however).

It dried quickly when wet, provided sun protection and was a comfortable fit.
