No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This harness, sized for a 35-70 lb dog, slipped off my 58 lb dog while walking next to a highway. The slides just extend as he pulls against the harness. Too dangerous to trust.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is the best harness I've used!. It works well as a "seat-belt" device also. It seems to run a little large as I have it adjusted to the smallest fitting and it is still a little too big for my 50 lb dog. Otherwise it is great.
