Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought a small collar for my Cocker Spaniel and a large one for my huge German Shorthair mix. The small size had to be returned, it really stretches only 12 inches with the slides moved to maximum length. My cocker had a bigger neck than that. But the large one was ample and big enough for my large dog. Reflective.....keeps them safe on early morning or twilight walks.
