His neck size is 14" and it was too large. I exchanged it for the small and it fits perfectly. I also have the matching leash and I have received numerous compliments from people as we talk our dog out on long walks.

Its a shiny wonderful looking crocodile collar, I would have expected to pay even double what I paid even at a discounter. I could not be pleased more. HOWEVER this is NOT a collar for very small dogs, My dog a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is in the toy breed group but at the high end, meaning he is bigger than most, MUCH bigger than a Yorkshire Terrier for example. So, you need to check out the measurements B4 ordering. and the XSmall collar has a problem with the leash attaching to the collar, so I would NOT advise anyone to order the Xsmall collar, unless you want to deal with a VERY VERY DIFFICULT TIME TRYING TO ATTACH AND DETACH THE LEASH TO AND FROM THE COLLAR!!! But for the properly sized dog, this small collar could not be beat, It is made in Italy, and it shows. A++++++
