My sixteen-year-old wants mine. [$] with the 20 percent discount was a steal. I am tall, 5'9" long legs, with 30 in. waist and 40 in. hips -- the L that I bought fits great, is long enough, but I do have to cinch in the waist cord to keep it up. Might have used a medium but not available. If you buy the XL (the only size left), you should be a true size 12 - 14 woman, with long legs. If you are average height or shorter, you will be bunching/rolling the ankles.
