By cakjak from Coast of Denmark on 10/23/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Versatile, Warm Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Perhaps maybe I missed the latest headlines, but this is NOT a brand label John Partridge, but every label inside reads for "original montgomery". Construction seems to be durable and alright, however, for the price, but if you're looking for a label than you might want to pass on this one.
John Partridge is a leader in hunting and sporting attire and it's worth every penny. According to the labels that came on this coat their website original montgomery is still a work in progress and under construction.
By munrobagger from Scotland and FL on 10/07/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Good Cut Best Uses: Bad Weather, Daily Use, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was so disappointed when I tried this on! The arms were way too short for me. If it helps you any, I'm 5'8" and a size 10. The coat fit perfectly with exception of arms! I am exchanging for a Barbour. The only reason that I would not recommend is because of arm length - unless you don't mind taking a chance.
