Since I couldn't find an exact replacement I dedided to try this version from PolarTec. It came, it fit and I've been wearing it on cool days, along with a day that was almost constant rain in the Sierras. It performed really well and I plan on ordering another since it's superior to what I was expecting.

The only cons for me was the length being about 2 to 3 inches too much and the arm holes were boder line snug. I am a bit thicker than most though the shoulders and upper arms and the XL just barely fit comfortably. A large would most likely be the correct length, but would not fit at the openings. Just going to send it back.
