No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I used it for entertaining. But there was so little of it, I had to go to my local supermarket for more. Theirs was better and much cheaper.
Yuk! Not the best salmon I've had.

Additionally, 4 ounces is a very small piece of salmon, perhaps enough to serve 4 appetizers. I've had much better, including a one pound piece of smoked salmon bought, of all places, from [...] in Anchorage at about the same price. [...]
