Based on the sizing, I got a large. Large was marked as a 14-16, and I usually wear a 10-12 but have a 36D chest. While the body of the shirt fits perfectly, the bra area is a bit tight and sort of an odd shape. Would probably be perfect for someone with a smaller chest. However, I like the top enough I might play around with it and see if I can sew an insert in to fix the chest.
